Select your Customer, and optionally enter a default Sale Price percentage. Customer rental rates are derived from values held in the Component table. If you enter a Sale Price percentage in the print dialog, EStock will use that percentage instead of any value set against the Component. See the topic on Components for more information.

You may additionally set the perentage of Sale Price for each component category for this individual report.

Your report will look something like this.

Select your Customer and optionally enter a specific rental job. Omitting the rental job will show all equipment held by the customer. You may optionally hide the quantites in the report if you wish your staff to peform a 'blind' stock check, that you can check against the figures held in EStock.

This report is available from the EStock tree menu and at various places in the system such as the Customer and Rental Job windows.

Select a Customer and optionally a specific rental job. You will be presented with a list of equipment together with information for any associated Dispatches, Returns and Invoices. You may click on any cell containing those document numbers (e.g RD-260, RE-68, RI-159) and EStock will take you to the respective information.

The report provides you with a running balance after each Dispatch or Return event.

Select the rental job that you wish to view.

The Job Balance sheet will show you the quantity dispatched, returned and the balance remaining for all equipment on the job. You will also see the value of the equipment if configured agsinst the component.

Select a rental job and optionally a date range for the information.

EStock will produce for you, a report showing any work performed by staff on the job together with the same data grouped by job event type so you can see where most of your resource time has been spent.

Stock quantities are split between sales stock (Purchases), Rental and Other. Stock is transfered from sales to Rental and any other Stock Locations that you may define. Locations other than the system defined Rental location are grouped into the Other column.

Select a Supplier and optionally enter a date range.

The report shows you the opening balance as at the 'From' date entered above, together with the quantities recieved and sent back to the supplier within the period.
